About EFT

Emotional Freedom Techinique or Tapping Therapy

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is one of the powertools in my healer toolbox.  I became an EFT master because it accelerated my own healing to a rapid pace and gave me to tools to realign and reorganize my own consciousness. I love using it with clients because they always feel tangible results in an hour and they can walk out the door and use it on their own to deal with emotional upsets,  heal long-standing traumas and reprogram their own belief systems.

EFT is an amalgamation of many of the best consciousess therapies from Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (the list goes on and on) WHILE adding 3000 year-old Chinese technology through an abbreviated form of accupressure.

What makes EFT so special is that it works with the Limbic System (the animal brain that controls your fight-or-flight response, your emotions and your hormone responses) to sooth your whole system while reorganizing and healing the more reactionary parts of your mind. It also builds bridges between your mind and body, bringing them back into the harmonic synthesis that is your birthright.  It masterfully creates a safe field in which to explore the parts of yourself that are the hardest to look at, and it threads through the entire experience a sense of deep self-love, self-acceptance and self-nurturing.

I love Alex Grey's depiction of the Chinese Meridian System.  It gives an incredible visual understanding of the effect that your energetic system has on the field around you. This is the work of EFT, as your realign your inner system, the outside reflection quickly changes to reflect your new state.

" This is not like psychotherapy or traditional psychology where it takes years to see life improve.  EFT is the most efficient therapy that I have ever encountered. It is astounding how much you can get done in one session.  "
